Helios Immersive will be providing immersive visuals and projection mapping to bring our cave to life.

How old do I have to be?

18+ for general admission and 21+ for bar access.

Is there a coat check?

No

What is the parking situation?

Street parking and paid parking lots are near the venue.

What time do doors open?

Day 1: 6:30PM Day 2: 9:30PM

What am I allowed to bring?

Reusable water bottles, bags, clear or otherwise will be subject to search.

Is there alcohol?

Yes, 21+ drinks available for purchase from Golden Roosters in the bar upstairs.

Will there be security?

Yes. All Magnetic Media events have security. Bags will be subject to search. There will be a metal detector.

What is prohibited?

Firearms, blades, defensive sprays, electroshock weapons, items resembling weapons (including props), pets (except for service animals), glass objects, and flammable or combustible products are strictly prohibited. Possession of any prohibited items will result in denial of entry.

What is the re-entry policy?

Re-entry is allowed. Security may search you or your bags again.

Is the venue accessible?

No. Unfortunately the main part of the venue is in a basement only accessible by stairs. Restrooms are accessible.

Will there be a first aid station?

Yes. All Magnetic Media events have a first aid station equipped with general first aid items and Narcan.

Will there be food?

Yes, Golden Roosters will be offering a variety of delicious food options.

Will there be vendors?

Yes! We love to support our community and offer vendor spots at most of our events that have the space for it. Contact us (preferably on Instagram) to discuss reserving a vendor booth. We reserve the right to choose appropriate vendors for each event.
